What to Expect
KLIKFIT™ isn’t just a gym. It’s a community that we want you to be part of. As a member, you’ll benefit from our one-of-a-kind HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts and small class sizes that allow us to provide one-on-one attention to help you achieve results. And because our workouts are built around movements, not weight, anyone from beginner to advanced fitness professionals can get the most out of each workout. We pride ourselves on keeping classes small so that everyone gets quality training with their KLIK™ STARTER. Classes fill up so don’t take a chance — register in advance.
Be sure to hydrate. We also recommend a light snack to keep that energy up. Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in, and 15 for your first class so we can introduce you to the team.
We recommend wearing a tank or tee, form-fitting pants or shorts and comfortable, supportive sneakers. Bring water so you can hydrate during rest periods.
Our movements are easy to learn and our KLIK™ STARTER will guide you throughout the class. Movements may include a light jog to get your heartrate up, lunges, crunches, squats and more. The variety will change each day to ensure your full-body workout always feels new.
We provide all equipment that may be used during your workout. Equipment may include light weights, cardio equipment, and floor mats. Your instructor will walk you through what you need at the start of each class.
At KLIKFIT™, your safety is our primary concern. In fact, that’s why we developed the KLIK™ workout. We want KLIKSTER to feel confident in their workout and be given the personal attention to ensure their workout promotes their health, not hurts it. Our KLIK™ STARTER will work with you to determine which weight and intensity level is right for you.
Our onsite restroom and shower facilities are available so you can get to your next appointment on time. With classes always an hour or less, your workout can easily become part of your daily routine.
