Chris Solano
Known as “Rule #1” you’ll smile, laugh and have your brain tested as Chris leads you through each class with jokes, trivia and random facts. His attention to detail and knowledge of correct positions and form will help you achieve maximum results. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Fitness Specialist, a Sports Physiology and Sports Nutrition Certification from the Papendal Olympic Training Center, as well the NSCA Strength and Conditioning Certification. Chris brings the knowledge he’s acquired from over 10 years of teaching experience in all fields of exercise to each and every class.

Kaylob Candey
I found my love of fitness because it is what saved me during a hard time in my life. I want fitness to do the same for others as it has for me. My aspiration is to help others to become a better stronger version of themselves. As a mother of two small children balancing family, school, military life, and a fitness career I understand the determination it takes to accomplish your goals with a full schedule. I believe that finding time for yourself and your health is very important not only physically but mentally as well. Nutrition, physical activity and even taking care of yourself is key to your goals and is one area I have specialized in. It can be hard to get time to work on yourself, but it’s so important for you to be the best version of you. If you want to get down to business, get pushed to be your best I’ll be your wingman. Off we go!

Maddi Schmidt
I am a life-long lover of all things fitness and sports. I believe fitness is for everyone and with the right knowledge you can accomplish anything you set your mind to! I will give you the knowledge and training in my classes to reach your goals. As a gymnast of 13 years and a Division 1 track and field athlete, technique and form is essential in everything I do. I will challenge you to push past all of your doubts and insecurities to find your best self! I have an Exercise Science degree from the University of Dayton and a Certified Personal Trainer thorough the NSCA.

Dillon O’Connor
He is known as, “The Technician.” Dillon is committed to keeping those muscles growing with great form. At KLIKFIT, where timing is everything, so is proper form. He uses a meditation-like state to put his, “Mind in the muscle” and really focus on the concentric and eccentric motions of every lift. This ensures he is working the correct muscles during the lift to maximize healthy growth. Dillon is not only a student at the University of South Florida, he is a student of fitness, eager to learn and eager to share his plethora of knowledge. His passion is to help people live a healthier life and guide people to achieve their full potential.
